Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; THERE ARE ASSOCIATED COSTS.

RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with the received items, you have the option to return them within 14 days. Please note that the return must meet the following conditions:

- All parts, components, and packaging must be intact.
- The product must show normal use; damage due to carelessness is excluded.
- If applicable, products for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return procedure is started.
- Defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
- Returns are typically processed within 7 working days, provided that the stated conditions are met.
- We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged beyond our responsibility.

How can you return your order?

If your order meets the above conditions, follow the steps below to start the return process:

Make sure the email contains the following information:

- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First name + Last name of the customer
- Customer's address

We will then contact you and provide you with the return address. Do not send the return to the shipping address; we will provide you with the correct address after you have contacted us. As a customer, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the return.

CANCELLATION TERMS:

According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement. Below are the details of this regulation:

A. CANCELLATION TERMS

Right of Withdrawal:

You have 14 days to cancel the purchase from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received the last goods.

Given our automated system, orders are processed immediately, and we cannot interrupt the shipping process. Therefore, a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement, such as an email. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. The costs for returning the goods are at your expense.

Registration of Shipments in Transit:

Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that we cannot control. Cancellation is not possible if the goods are already in transit. Wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. However, you can inform us in advance of your cancellation.

To ensure prompt handling of your return, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund all received payments, excluding delivery costs. This will be done without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the goods and your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
